What is the point of a full-profile?

Filling out your WayUp profile allows employers to gain a 360 degree view of who you are as a student and potential employee (from your interests, past work experience, a fun fact, etc). Businesses want to know more about you than just your GPA; they like to know what makes you unique and special.
